Below are some reminders about the trip and a few forms that we need you to fill out:
-
Academic Eligibility – PLAYERS MUST BE ACADEMICALLY ELIGIBLE BY 3/7/26. Any player who is not academically eligible (2 D’s or 1 F) on this date will not be permitted to travel with the team. Additionally, any payments made for the trip will not be refunded. If you are concerned about your eligibility, please reach out to Coach K or Coach Dries. ➡️ALL players must fill out the following Google Form to acknowledge their understanding of the above: Academic Eligibility Acknowledgement Form
-
Alternative Travel Plans – Any player who does not plan to fly to Utah with the team on 3/20/25, or who plans to stay in Utah and will not be flying home with the team, is responsible for informing the coaches of their travel plans. If this is applicable to your family, please notify Coach K at: Khalid.Al-Shami@jeffco.k12.co.us ASAP!
-
Family Attendance: We have been asked by multiple families whether or not they can join us on the trip. While we welcome any family members who want to join us, this is a lacrosse trip. The main purpose of the trip is to promote team bonding and gain experience playing lacrosse! With practice, games, and team building events every day, there will be very little down time. Players are required to stay with the team at all times. Players will not be allowed to leave with family members during the trip to do outside activities. Families who come to Utah are welcome as spectators at games, practices and certain team building activities. For more information, please reach out to Coach K at: Khalid.Al-Shami@jeffco.k12.co.us
