FALL UPDATES:
LAST CHANCE – OFF-SEASON INTEREST POLL: Coach Khalid would like all players to complete the form below to help gauge player interest in various off-season opportunities. OFF-SEASON INTEREST POLL
FALL OPTIONAL PRACTICE: Coach Khalid is waiting on final approval for field use at GHS. We hope to an update out soon. We’re all ready to get off season practice started.
FALL INFORMATIONAL MEETING: We will be holding a Fall Information Meeting. Details regarding the date, time and location are being determined and will be communicated as soon as possible.
LAST CHANCE – DEMON DASH: Please consider running or walking in the Demon Dash on Saturday, September 13 at the NAAC. When you register, list that you are part of Boys Lacrosse and our team will earn a portion of the proceeds. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR THE DEMON DASH!
HOMECOMING: Mark your calendar for September 19 for the Homecoming Parade. Every year, Boys Lacrosse participates in the parade down Washington Avenue. The parade is scheduled to start at 4:00 and we will meet at 3:00 to decorate and prepare. All players are encouraged to participate, and it is always a lot of fun. GOLDEN GALLOP VOLUNTEERS: The Golden Gallop is the morning of Sunday September 21 and we encourage players to volunteer to help out on race day. Please consider grabbing a teammate or neighbor and supporting this amazing event! CLICK HERE TO VOLUNTEER!
BOOSTER CLUB: Our next Booster Club meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 17th at 5:30pm (GHS Room 103). Everyone is welcome to attend. The Booster Club is key to the success of the boys lacrosse program. We are volunteer driven and volunteer dependent. Any and all help is appreciated!
Trick or Treat Street: October 30 5:00 – 6:00. Every year, the Golden High School offers a Trick or Treat Street to Youth in the community. When the time is closer, we will ask for candy donations for the event. Players are asked to participate to hand out candy. School approved costumes are encouraged.
